I just received a AXDA2600KV4D KQYHA 0418SPCW and chose the Jetway as the testbed...
Testing on the Jetway N2PAP-Ultra with Water Cooling shows these CPU's to be good overclockers.... Specs: Vcore=1.85V Vdd=1.9V Vdimm=2.8V on PMI Turbo PC4500 8/4/4/3 CPU Temp= 31°C
The Jetway would POST at 11.5X240(2.76Gig!) but a BIOS fluke in that area caused some problems...
11.5X235(2.7Gig) booted into Windows2000, but crashed the Operating System....
11.5X230(2.645Gig) booted right up just fine and I'm posting with the system right now...
11.5X230 is almost the same speed as 11X240 and what this tells me that this is a great CPU for people that can't get their boards to 240 to 250, but stll want 2.64Gig with "boot up stability"...
I'm quite happy with the 1st KQYHA I have ever seen....

Seems like a nice CPU. Shame about the super-locked multi of 11.5, though. That's even more of a limitation than a 2500, especially with PC4500 in the board. To make the most of PC4000 you'd have to be running around 2.8Gig!
Still - I wouldn't complain about exceeding 2.6GHz however I got there, so...

I just left what was in the board as far as mem is concerned.. What I'm doing lately is pairing up CPU's and mem so that they are somewhat matched as you noticed these weren't...
I think this CPU is a good one for the Jetway as 230 is SuperPI stable... No question this stepping in 11X would allow higher FSB, but stable at 2.64Gig is nothing to sneeze at, and I can't find a 2500 with this stepping...
Here's a pic at 11.5X235. I did have 11.5X240, but it crashed trying to save the screenshot it was so unstable... 11.5X230 is very stable and have been using it like that for several hours now....

I think the "max" is the total CPU speed and how one get's there is not that important to the CPU... It's just too bad they locked these CPU's....

I found a new XP2500+ retail box with the KQYHA stepping on ebay last night. Someone bought it for the "Buy It Now" $84.99 + $14.99US shipping before I got to bid again this morning. They're out there if we can find them.

I found this place by accident 'cause I did a search for the stepping of my 2600+ KQYHA. I was curious as to how well these were OCing for other people and to give me an idea how far I should push it. I noticed one of your members wanted to get one of these. I got mine at newegg about a month ago - retail version. Hope this helps anyone out who wants to pick one of these up.
