Ok I managed to get this stable but my temps are borderline to run 24/7. I will go further when I get my water system.

The temp of the chip there is NOT as low as the SS indicates, for some reason Orthos screws up the Speedfan temps. I use the motherboard sensor as read by Speedfan usually and with two Toasts open max temp at this speed is 50-51C.
I can do 3ghz stable at 1.45V, but only with an extremely low ambient (like 65F or below), temps there are in the low-mid 50s.
