The PWM chip is a 8 Pin RT9214 and here is the schematic of a typical circuit and the pinout of the chip:
The Mod to increase Vdimm by 0.2V, involves connecting a 1.5K Ohm resistor from Pin 6, the FB Pin, to Pin 3(gnd), or any convenient ground point. In the picture below, I show the right hand end of the mod resistor, going to left hand end of a SMD resistor, that is connected to pin 6. Tips on soldering are here. And, while I didn't solder the resistor in, I connected it in a temporary manner to do the testing. The DRAM Voltage with the Mod installed, measured 0.2V higher then the BIOS setting. If you want a more conservative increase, use 3.0K for a 0.1V increase. Post all questions about this mod in the Biostar TF7050-M2 Overclock Discussion Thread
