while having four cores increases the odds of a problem cpu here and there, we know from previous experience that certain revisions and usually later models of a processor stand a significantly higher chance of hitting high clock speeds. There will still be processors that run shockingly fast, even on four core models. I would place my bets on later production units of the low end processors , similar to the winchester 3000+ which easily overclocks for the majority of those whom attempt it.
